Inès
Sen,
XAnge Private Equity
Inès is a financial analyst by training and an expert in
the postal business. For the past dozen years, she has been involved
in the strategic development of La Poste, the sponsor of XAnge Capital,
in the strategic planning department as a the Head of Strategy at
the New Services Development Department. She has special expertise
in the areas of secure connectivity and was the president of CertiNomis,
the certification authority for La Poste Group. Previously, Sen
worked as a financial analyst at Caisse Nationale de Crédit
Agricole.
Inès is a graduate of Sciences Economiques and Sciences
Politiques (Paris), as well as Ecole des Langues Orientales.

Gilles
RIGAL
APAX PARTNERS
Gilles Rigal holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from
ENSEEIHT in Toulouse and a graduate degree (DEA) in Robotics from
the University of Toulouse.
He started his career as an entrepreneur with the creation of IGL,
a software and services company which was sold five years later to
Thales. He then joined McDonnell Douglas Information Systems where
he became Division manager and Systar, a French-based international
software company where he was successively General Manager for France,
Europe and worldwide operations. In 1995 he joined BMC Software, the
world's 5th largest software vendor, as General Manager France. He
also held the position of Vice President of EMEA marketing and indirect
sales.

Nick Teasdale
Advent Venture Partners
Nick holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics
and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He entered the venture
capital business in 1978, gaining initial experience in investment
management with the National Enterprise Board and in sales and marketing
management at Black & Decker before joining Innotech Investments,
from where he co-founded an expert systems software company. In
1984 he was appointed its full time Finance Director thus closely
involved in its commercial & financial management and its investment
funding. He re-entered venture capital in 1989 when he joined 3i
and then co-founded TriTech Investment Managers in 1992. Nick began
working with Advent in 1996.
